PARTNERS and its employees must respect the laws and regulations in force in the countries where they are based.

Prohibition of child labo
We comply with national laws and regulations governing child labour. In any case, PARTNERS does not employ children under the age of 16 and complies with the provisions of the International Labour Office (ILO) concerning the health, safety and morality of young people between the ages of 15 and 18. We also ensure that our contractors and partners adopt the same provisions.

Elimination of all forms of forced labour
PARTNERS is committed to ensuring freedom of choice in employment and the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour. We also ensure that our subcontractors and partners adopt the same provisions.

PARTNERS undertakes to implement policies and active methods for the prevention of risks that may affect the health and safety of employees, to regularly check their correct application and to measure their effectiveness.
